1. Service

Band Vacancies provides a service to you under the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of use you should not use the website.

2. Registration

2.1 To use certain areas of the website you are required to register. When you do so you will be required to use a correct email address. We will not give/sell your details to any other website or company.
2.2 Upon registering you will be added to our mailing list where you may receive updates from the 'Causing A Scene Corp' group of websites. You can opt out of the mailing list at any time in your member profile.

3. Advert Posting

3.1 When posting adverts, you must not use offensive language or material. Offensive language or material of any kind will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all of the 'Causing A Scene Corp' websites.
3.2 If you feel a member of the site has posted something offensive, you should contact us using the contact form. You must link to the post and the extract which is found to be offensive.
3.3 You must not post advertisments to any other website or service and all external links should be solely for the purpose of further explaining your musical advert.

4. Messaging

4.1 As with adverts, messages must not contain any offensive language or material.

5. Data Storage

5.1 All information entered into the website will be saved. You are able to remove this information from public viewing at any time, however, the information will be privately saved and may be reffered to in the event of a dispute.
5.2 If you would like to see any of your previously entered data you should contact the site administrator through the contact form stating the information you require. There will be a charge for information retrival.
